Local & Functional

EPI Local & Functional is an operational group made up of organic farmers, a local entrepreneur, the Pomeranian Agricultural Advisory Center, and the Gdynia Maritime University. Our mission is to combine sustainable agriculture with modern food innovation to create natural, functional products that support health and well-being.

We have developed a natural base for a hydrating, functional drink, made from fruit juice and processed directly on organic farms. The production is carried out using a mobile processing unit, which allows us to operate locally, reduce transportation needs, and maintain product freshness and traceability.

Our approach supports:

• On-farm value creation,

• Short supply chains,

• Environmental responsibility,

• And direct cooperation between farmers and institutions.

EPI Local & Functional represents a new model of collaboration in agriculture – one that values quality, innovation, and community. Through our work, we aim to inspire other producers to rethink local food systems and bring functional nutrition closer to consumers.
