About me

I am a Senior Research & Innovation Manager and EU Project Manager with more than 15 years of experience in European-funded research and innovation projects.

Throughout my career, I have worked across the full project lifecycle, from identifying funding opportunities and developing proposals to managing funded projects, coordinating international consortia and supporting the delivery of project results and impact.

My experience covers Horizon Europe and H2020, as well as other European programmes including Erasmus+, with a strong focus on collaborative R&I projects. My work combines strategic and operational project management, including proposal development, consortium coordination, budgeting and reporting, stakeholder engagement, risk management, ethics and data-related aspects, and communication, dissemination and exploitation activities.

One of the aspects I particularly value in my work is the connection between project design and implementation: understanding what makes a proposal strong, while also ensuring that commitments made at proposal stage can be translated into realistic activities, meaningful results and measurable impact.

I am used to working in multidisciplinary and international environments, bringing together research organisations, companies, public authorities and other stakeholders. I particularly enjoy turning complex ideas into clear project strategies, facilitating collaboration among partners and helping innovative solutions move from research towards practical application and impact.

I am always interested in connecting with professionals and organisations working on European R&I, emerging technologies, digital innovation and projects with strong societal impact.
