About me

I am a Lecturer in Management at Bangor Business School. I am actively engaged in interdisciplinary and applied sustainability work through Rhanbarth – Bangor Centre for Sustainable Regions and Economies. I am part of the Organisational Behaviour Research Group within Rhanbarth.

My current research focuses on enabling circular economy business model innovation in the food and drink sector, with a particular interest in business transition and transformation, dynamic capabilities, and systemic barriers. I recently contributed as Co-PI to a Welsh Government–funded SMART FIS programme, which scopes a national circular economy innovation plan for Wales. I have presented peer-reviewed work on circular business transformation at conferences.

I am committed to translating academic research into real-world impact and actively seek cross-European collaborations to drive circularity in organisations.
