My organisation
About me
I’m Martin Holly, CEO of the Central European Institute of Information and Development (CEIID) and a seasoned digital transformation strategist with over 20 years of experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives across Central-Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, and the Middle East.
My professional journey bridges business development, IT service management (ITSM), DevSecOps, CI/CD, cloud adoption, and quality assurance—especially in telecom, AgTech, and smart systems. I’ve helped global players like RADCOM, InfoVista, and Tektronix Communications scale operations and deliver next-generation networking, performance analytics, and customer experience (CX) solutions.
At CEIID, I lead initiatives that empower regions and sectors through advanced IT/ICT training, AI and IoT deployment, and cross-sector digital skills development. We focus on transforming rural and urban systems with smart technologies—especially in agriculture, sustainability, and environmental monitoring.
🔬 As a key partner in CLIMANEMU (Climate Neutral Municipality), I’m driving the digital backbone of the project. Our role includes:
-
Designing machine learning algorithms for carbon balance modeling
-
Harmonizing fragmented land use and sensor data
-
Developing GIS-integrated digital tools to support municipal decarbonization planning
-
Creating scalable prototypes aligned with EU climate neutrality goals, the Green Deal, and Mission 100 Climate-Neutral Cities
📍 I’ll be at the Horizon Europe Brokerage Event (Cluster 6 – Calls 2025) in Warsaw, May 27, 2025, and am actively seeking partnerships for consortia exploring innovations in:
-
Precision agriculture
-
AI-enabled environmental data processing
-
Smart community infrastructure
-
Sustainable regional development
