The Research and Development Station for Bovine Breeding Dancu (SCDB Dancu) is a public research institution established in 1981, operating under the coordination of the Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences “Gheorghe Ionescu Sișești” (A.S.A.S) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. SCDB Dancu is dedicated to advancing the field of cattle breeding, genetics, and sustainable livestock farming through scientific research, innovation, and technology transfer. The station’s mission is to support the stable and sustainable development of cattle breeding systems by improving genetic resources, optimizing breeding technologies, and promoting environmentally responsible practices.
