Microbial Bioprocesses for New Bioplymer Grades
Project Assistant at EuroFUE-UJI
About
The UJI Research Group on Sustainable Polymers and Advanced Materials (BioPIMA) explores microbial pathways to optimize the biosynthesis of novel biodegradable polymers. By isolating and engineering specific microorganisms, we can develop materials with enhanced mechanincal and environmental properties. We welcome partnerships in bioengineering, circular bioeconomy and upcucling projects aiming to replace fossil-bassed polymers with biologically produced alternatives
