About
Designing advanced monitoring and tracking systems for emerging pollutants from food and drink industries, including micro- and nano-pollutants, heavy metals, and organic residues, leveraging novel membrane and sensor technologies.
• Identifying and validating best available technologies (BAT) for pollution reduction in food-system-related emissions to soil, water, and air, including hybrid filtration systems and adsorption-based remediation.
• Leading consumer empowerment activities through scientific outreach, technology demonstrations, and communication strategies emphasizing pollution awareness and food safety
