About
The proposal focuses on the utilization of solar energy as an inexhaustible and green energy source for degrading organic pollutants through reactive oxygen species generation. The agricultural pollutants mainly comprise pesticides, herbicides, and certain veterinary contaminants. For this proposal, the team is equipped with different light sources (lamps, lasers) and adequate plants for solar energy irradiation. Also, we have the necessary expertise in photocatalysis, photocatalyst and pollutants monitoring.
