About

Our organization has expertise in the application of imaging spectroscopy techniques for the location and evaluation of abandoned mine sites in order to map mineral potential for recycling purposes using the potential of imaging spectrometry as an environmentally sustainable technology for mapping the spatial distribution of mineral compositions including metallic minerals, construction minerals and industrial minerals.

We have developed new cost-effective evaluation concepts and technologies using the integration of spectroscopic and other geological and geomorphological techniques in the exploration chain, providing an enhancement in the interpretation of abandoned mine sites through field and imaging spectroscopic techniques both airborne and ground based.

We have also a broad experience in the characterization of the tailings and dumps through geophysical methods: frequency domain electromagnetics georadar, electrical tomography, magnetometry, seismic and spontaneous potential (EM-34, SP).
