Competence Center for Building and Design + Architecture – Green Building Program:
Practice-oriented and interdisciplinary research and architectural education with a strong focus on sustainability throughout the entire building lifecycle. This includes the use of renewable and bio-based building materials, innovative modular construction, interchangeability, and reuse and recycling strategies.
Key foundations for design include integrated planning, expertise in LCA, and planning and building within existing structures, with a focus on construction and project management.
