High-quality plastic products demand that the component properties match requirements exactly. These are unique for each component and are influenced by various factors, such as the material properties of the plastic used, the design, the processing and the application conditions.

We are partners for all issues concerning the lifetime prediction and assessment of part properties for plastic components including:
Mechanical Behavior of Plastics: Creep and Relaxation under long-term static loads, Fatigue under long-term cyclic loads, Influence of polymer structure and processing on mechanical properties, Accelerated testing concepts for the prediction of mechanical long-term performance.
Aging Behavior of Plastics: Thermo-oxidative aging, Weathering behavior, Environmental Stress Crack Resistance (ESCR) and residual stresses, Accelerated testing methods for predicting aging behavior.
