SKZ German Plastics Centre looking for projects to provide the link between basic for example AI research and applications in the plastics industry

research group with a background in data analytics and engineering. We have carried out several funded projects in the fields of digital infrastructure, data analytics, AI and visualization. Our technology stack consists of python, influx db, docker, cybus connectware, hpc, opc-ua, mqtt, tensorflow, embedded systems and others. We are working very close to industrial production environments and have access to machines for almost every aspect of plastics processing (extrusion, injection molding, 3D-printing, welding, …) in house. Further we can use the combined knowledge of around 100 scientists and engineers that are experts in almost any plastics related topics like material development, processing, recycling and many more. We are looking for projects were we can provide the link between basic for example AI research and applications in the plastics industry. See also Digitalisation (skz.de)
