Aliados - Technical & Impact SME for EU Collaborative Projects

Aliados is a Portuguese SME acting as a technical and impact partner in European collaborative projects, contributing directly to the implementation of work packages and the delivery of measurable results across Horizon Europe, LIFE, Interreg and related programmes.

Aliados brings strong capabilities in sustainability assessment and data-driven frameworks, supporting projects with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Life Cycle Costing (LCC), carbon footprinting and techno-economic analysis. These competences are applied to validate environmental performance, compare technological pathways and ensure alignment with EU regulatory and policy requirements.

The company also contributes to the development of digital and traceability solutions, particularly through Digital Product Passports (DPP), enabling structured data flows, compliance verification and transparency across value chains. This is complemented by experience in material flow analysis, circularity metrics and feedstock evaluation, supporting the transition towards resource-efficient and circular systems.

At project level, Aliados supports the design and execution of impact-related activities, including KPI definition, monitoring frameworks, exploitation and replication strategies, and contribution to business and investment models. It also plays an active role in dissemination, communication and stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective outreach, uptake of results and alignment with end-users and markets.

With a hands-on approach to implementation, Aliados strengthens the technical robustness, impact credibility and scalability of EU-funded projects, contributing to solutions in sustainability, energy, industrial systems and circular economy value chains.
