How it works

Recruiters describe their hiring need in natural language. The AI agent then:

• Connects to existing data sources (ATS, Google Drive, Linkedin) or processes CVs via direct upload

• Searches and matches candidates across multiple sources

• Screens and evaluates profiles against job requirements

• Extracts and verifies candidate data

• Generates structured, comparable candidate profiles with supporting evidence

• Produces ready-to-use outputs (shortlists, reports, branded CVs)

• Engages candidates via messaging channels (WhatsApp, email) to collect missing information and confirm availability.

All decisions are explainable by design, with full traceability to candidate data — ensuring transparency and trust.
