Pilot partners — adapted training app for irregular athletes & active seniors

ALVIA is a French sport-wellness mobile application delivering one personalized daily training session, adapted in real time to the user's physiological state, declared pain zones, energy level, sleep quality, and context. Zero equipment required beyond standard athletic wear.

Target users

• Irregular athletes aged 35–50 returning to regular practice

• Active seniors aged 50–65 focused on healthy aging

• Multi-sport coverage: running, trail, cycling, strength, mobility, recovery

Core differentiator A prescriptive rules-based decision engine (not machine learning) eliminates daily decision friction. The user receives one adapted session per day. An integrated protective layer prevents overtraining, manages return after interruption, and excludes pain-affected body zones from recommendations.

What we are looking for Pilot partners interested in testing ALVIA on defined user cohorts:

• Corporate wellness and QVCT programs

• Mutual insurers and supplementary health providers

• Regional health agencies and active aging initiatives

• Sports federations and amateur clubs

• Physiotherapy and sports medicine networks (non-clinical monitoring use case)

Pilot framework Minimum 50-user cohort. 8 to 12-week structured pilot with success criteria defined upfront (engagement, retention, satisfaction, perceived safety). Pilot specifications available on request.
