DAQI Artisan is a French company based in Nice, specializing in the production and marketing of premium chickpea fries.

Made from French chickpea flour, our products stand out for their distinctive taste, consistent quality, crispy exterior, and soft center. Inspired by the traditional Mediterranean panisse, they have been redesigned in a modern, convenient format that is easy to understand, prepare, and serve.

Our guiding principle is clear: to offer an original, plant-based, and premium alternative to traditional potato fries while promoting French ingredients and Mediterranean culinary expertise.

Our business is structured around two main segments:

• Food service and hospitality: restaurants, cafés, hotels, and caterers, with a pre-cut and frozen range designed to provide convenience, consistent results, and valuable time savings in the kitchen.

• Professional distribution: national and regional wholesalers, including Metro and Promocash, who offer our chickpea fries as an innovative and distinctive alternative for their customers.

We already supply more than 70 establishments across the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, including several Michelin-starred chefs. We are continuing to expand our presence through distributors and commercial partners in France and internationally.

Our ambition is to establish chickpea fries as a modern, versatile, and gourmet alternative to potato fries, supported by artisanal expertise, efficient logistics, and continuous product innovation.
