Interval is the export department of 12 dairies, all specialized in regional artisan products and true ambassadors of French dairy craftsmanship. With 45 years of experience, we are committed to promoting France’s culinary heritage around the world.

With four international offices, our aim is to stay close to our 160 clients (specialty retailers, supermarkets, food service, industry…). We export more than 5,000 tons of regional dairy products, mainly to the United States (60%), Europe (25%), Asia (6%), and over 30 other countries. Our missions : Managing international business development (developing, together with our diry partners the right product and the right offer in compliance with the customer’s specifications and in alignment with the market and local requirements), orchestrating administrative and regulatory management (managing quality accreditations and regulations required by the legislation of each market), organizing transport and logistics (coordinating transport to the logistics partner’s warehouses)
