L’Étuverie is a family farm based in the Gers, in the southwest of France, specializing in the production of artisanal black garlic. As farmers and producers, we carefully grow and transform our garlic into high-quality gourmet products, combining traditional know-how with innovation. Our range includes black garlic in different forms as well as organic creations designed to bring original and refined flavors to everyday cooking. Through our work, we aim to highlight the richness of our land and offer authentic products made with passion and care.
In addition to black garlic, we also grow pulses such as lentils and chickpeas, reflecting our commitment to diversified, sustainable farming and to offering wholesome products rooted in our land.
