La Fabrique Cookies

Founded in 2012 by Alexis de Galembert, La Fabrique Cookies has won over a large number of consumers.

Specializing in clean-label cookie recipes, the brand has expanded its product range and now also offers cakes and madeleines.

We are based in Gennevilliers, near Paris, where we operate a 1,650 m² production facility certified to the IFS standard.

And because we are always looking for new challenges, La Fabrique Cookies has acquired a new production site in Ardin, specializing in traditional pure butter shortbread biscuits, locally known as Broyés du Poitou.

At La Fabrique Cookies, our priority is to ensure the highest quality products while sourcing French ingredients and continuously developing delicious, indulgent recipes.
