Gerial is a French familial company specialized in production of premium cooked charcuterie from the beginning of the 80's.

Working only from fresh pig legs from local supply, we produce a large range of cooked charcuterie (cooked ham, paté, garlic saucisson, etc...) for both retail and HORECA.
