Industrial Buyer – Dairy Powders, Cocoa & Food Ingredients

We are a Dominican food manufacturing company specializing in the development, blending, packing, and commercialization of powdered food products under our Casa Pueblo brand, as well as private-label products for major supermarket chains, industrial customers, distributors, and government social programs through public procurement.

We are attending SIAL Paris 2026 with a strong sourcing focus and are interested in establishing long-term partnerships with reliable manufacturers and suppliers of dairy powders, cocoa products, and functional food ingredients.

Our main sourcing interests include whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, dairy-based formulations, whey and milk derivatives, natural and alkalized cocoa powder, maltodextrin, lecithin, vitamins, minerals, flavors, and other ingredients used in powdered food formulations.

Our current dairy purchasing volume ranges from approximately 2 to 6 containers per month, depending on production requirements, contracts, and product applications.

We are particularly interested in meeting direct manufacturers and internationally competitive suppliers capable of providing consistent quality, food safety compliance, competitive pricing, reliable supply capacity, and solutions adapted to the Caribbean and Latin American markets.

At SIAL 2026, our objective is to identify strategic suppliers, evaluate new ingredients and technologies, and develop sustainable sourcing partnerships to support the continued growth of Casa Pueblo and our industrial food operations in the Dominican Republic.
