They are five brothers — the five Bréant brothers. Together, they produce a raw‑milk Camembert, hand‑ladled and hand‑molded, which has enjoyed great success since its launch. A cheese that is 100% made in Seine‑Maritime and can be found on many market stalls throughout the region.
