Premium Italian Pasta from Puglia – Organic & Private Label

Cannito is an Italian pasta manufacturer based in Puglia, producing premium pasta with a strong focus on tradition, quality and product versatility. Our pasta is slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve its texture, flavour and cooking performance. We produce a wide range of traditional Italian and regional shapes, from spaghetti, linguine and penne to paccheri, fusilli, orecchiette and many other formats. Our range also includes organic pasta, including Senatore Cappelli durum wheat pasta, as well as flavoured pasta developed with selected ingredients for more distinctive and premium assortments. We work with our own brands and also offer private-label production for retailers, importers and distributors. Different formats, recipes and packaging solutions can be developed according to customer and market requirements. We are looking for international partners interested in authentic Italian pasta produced directly in Puglia, combining traditional methods with flexible production for modern retail and specialty food markets.
