Our mission is to provide companies with objective data about their customers to assist them in making well-founded strategic and design decisions.

We choose the most suitable research technique for each project. We work with both quantitative and qualitative techniques like Ethnography, Interviews, Focus Groups, User Personas, Online surveys, User Diaries, User testing or Eye tracking.
