He is member of Quercus Software Engineering Group, where he has developed the research interest lines including model-driven development, service-oriented architectures, IoT, machine learning and big data applied to Smart Cities, Smart Farms and Digital Twins. He has involved in several research projects and has published the results of his research in international journals, conference proceedings and book chapters
