ResearchTech Insight is a Kosovo-based research, training, and consulting organization specializing in applied social and behavioral research, policy research, human-centered innovation, and evidence-based solutions. We provide qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research, policy analysis, user needs assessment, generative research, stakeholder analysis, and impact evaluation. Our interdisciplinary approach combines social science perspectives with practical research methods to understand human needs, behaviors, societal challenges, and technology adoption. Through research, strategic consulting, and capacity building, we support organizations in improving decision-making, developing innovative solutions, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

ResearchTech Insight is interested in Horizon Europe collaborations focusing on human-centered and trustworthy AI, responsible digital innovation, digital transformation, evidence-based policymaking, and the societal and policy implications of emerging technologies. We seek partnerships with universities, research institutions, technology companies, public institutions, and innovation organizations. Our potential contributions include interdisciplinary research, policy analysis, behavioral studies, stakeholder engagement, user research, impact assessment, evaluation of digital solutions, and capacity building. Our goal is to bridge research, policy, and technology to advance responsible, inclusive, and human-centered innovation.
