GlobalDeal works with deep tech companies. We have experience in biotechnology, including drug discovery; water treatment and industrial process technologies; and robotics for disaster prevention, security, and manufacturing. We clarify technology features and deployment requirements and help companies expand internationally and overseas companies enter Japan by developing customers, distributors, and business partners.

At international trade shows such as IFAT Munich, we research exhibitors and participants, select counterparts whose applications and technologies are a good fit, contact the relevant people individually, and arrange meetings during the event. Through on-site discussions and follow-up afterward, we clarify counterpart needs and interest and move discussions toward technical evaluation, pilots, and adoption.

Our work focuses on the United States, Japan, South Korea, Germany, and the United Kingdom. We combine existing contacts, introductions, and cooperation with government agencies. We share feedback and conditions from business discussions, develop proposals, and clarify responsibilities with local partners. We provide a way to sustain overseas customer development before companies recruit a new local team.
