Mechanical design and prototyping partner for Horizon Europe and Eurostars consortia

Many R&D projects produce a working technology but struggle to turn it into a product that can be manufactured, tested and brought to market. We close this gap as the mechanical design and product development partner inside the consortium.

What we can contribute to a work package:

• Concept generation, feasibility studies and design alternatives

• 3D design of mechanical systems, enclosures, plastic covers and housings, metal and sheet-metal parts

• FEM structural simulation and CFD flow analysis before prototyping

• Topology optimisation and lightweight design, including parts for additive manufacturing

• Design of prototypes, demonstrators, test benches and test rigs

• Automated machines, fixtures and robotic handling for pilot lines

• Design for manufacturing, injection-mold-ready plastic parts, ISO GD&T drawings, industrialisation support

Who we are: engineering SME based in Romania (EU), team of 7 specialists with 10+ years of experience, more than 10 industrial projects for clients in Italy, the USA, Canada and Spain. We work natively in CATIA V5, Siemens NX, Creo, SolidWorks, Inventor and Solid Edge, and inside partners' PLM.

We are looking for: SMEs preparing Eurostars projects, universities and R&D institutions with a technology to bring to prototype or demonstrator, and coordinators of Horizon Europe consortia (advanced manufacturing, mobility, energy, health technologies, industrial automation) needing an engineering SME for design, prototyping and demonstrator tasks.
