About me
Christine Guilmin began her career at Cargill over 20 years ago in France. After completing her Master's degree in Food Science and a traineeship at the Cargill Baupte site, she did a PhD in food formulation. Following a rewarding time as a Project Manager in the applications lab, she transitioned to lead a part of the Technical Support team. Today, she is the Global Dairy Alternatives R&D Director responsible for developing and expanding this dynamic new business area. Christine really appreciates the scientific side of the application work and the people-centric approach of the company.
