The Scaling Readiness Lab

The Scaling Readiness Lab is a well-tested, interactive learning format which highlights the need for a structured and well-balanced approach to scaling. Premature scaling is the single most important reason why so many startups fail.

Successful and sustainable scaling requires mastering multiple scaling dimensions, from Strategy Implementation to Funding, from Sales to People & Culture.

Excelling in only one of those aspects is simply not enough.

The Scaling Readiness Lab (1 hour) provides

• A compact overview over 12 critical dimensions,

• demonstrates the need for a comprehensive perspective on this critical transition and

• offers a zoom-in onto one of the aforementioned topics (e.g. Sales or Funding or People & Culture) and

• provides room for questions and shared reflection.

Participants in the lab are invited to complete Konsultori’s Scaling Readiness Check upfront which offers the possibility of self-evaluation against critical scaling dimensions. Instant feedback will be provided and aggregated results will be reflected upon in the lab.
