We’re a Vienna-based biotech startup, on a mission to accelerate drug development by replacing outdated 2D testing models with 3D human tissue models. Our bioprinting platform delivers biologically relevant data  that improves outcomes and reduces costs in pre-clinical drug screening.
We’re now looking for an entrepreneurial late co-founder to join full-time on-site in Vienna (Q4 2025) and lead our commercial and business development efforts.

Your Role
**As a late co-founder, you will become part of the founder and take on commercial responsibility. You will be the face of the company to customers, partners, and the broader biotech ecosystem, develop our go-to-market strategy and build up our business development, with the energy of a founder and the focus of a scaler.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct customer analysis, market, and competitor research

• Develop and implement our commercial strategy

• Derive business and financial plans

• Own the Go-To Market including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement

• Build and maintain customer relationships

• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events in the eco-system

• Close deals and build development partnerships

Ideal Candidate**

• Experienced (~5 years) in business development or sales in biotech/pharma

• Familiar with pre-clinical drug screening and lab automation

• Has helped scale a hardware product with software use cases

• Keeps a day-one mindset and maintains a results-driven can-do attitude

• A great listener and strong communicator who can engage scientists and lab techs

•  Well-networked in the pharma and biotech industries

• Can be characterized as charismatic, honest, fast-moving, and solution-oriented

• Leads hands-on, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset to build the vision long-term
