I'm passionate about mental health as I've experienced mental health challenges at different stages of my life since I was a child.

My desire is to empower people to be more aware and better understand the impact their existing digital habits have on their emotional well being.

By doing so, there is incredible potential to help in preventing serious mental health problems such as anxiety, chronic stress, depression and even suicide from developing.

THE PROBLEM

• "Knowing is half the battle." Everyone has habits and these are directly linked to our mental health but most of us lack awareness of the impact they have on our emotional state.

• Technology has empowered humans in developing a growing digital footprint of their habits including for example - social media posts, data from fitness trackers, media streaming (Spotify, Netflix, youtube, etc.), video chats, digital calendars, and much more.

• The idea to protect mental health is by empowering people with knowledge of the potential impact of their digital habits on their emotional state and providing actionable insights.

THE SOLUTION

• The idea is to create a platform where a user can enable access to various sources of their personal digital footprint (as mentioned previously).

• Using AI and ML the data will be analyzed with the top being personalized actionable insights to the user. It will learn by obtaining feedback and input from the user to ensure the insights are accurate and relevant.

• Over time as the AI learns, use input will no longer be needed as the algorithm will be in alignment with the unique user.

• This is a solution aimed at awareness helping the user help themselves in the potential prevention of serious mental health challenges by empowering them with awareness.

• The platform could be open source to encourage further development by any interested party.
