It delves into satellite‑ground communications, 6G and autonomous controllability. By integrating resources from government, enterprises, military‑industrial sectors, we build a national‑level innovation platform integrating scientific research, achievement transformation, standard‑setting and talent cultivation, to construct an independent, secure and controllable all‑domain digital security barrier and serve national digital strategies and the new landscape of global digital governance.
