Portfolio Investments LLC is a licensed investment intermediary based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, providing the full local execution chain for international investors entering one of Central Asia's fastest-growing capital markets.

We position ourselves as an institutional broker: our focus is execution, market access and primary placements for professional and institutional investors. Uzbekistan's economy grew 8.5% in H1 2026, and the government's privatization program is opening a pipeline of IPOs and bond placements in banking, energy, mining, telecom and transport. Access, however, requires local infrastructure: onboarding and KYC, brokerage accounts, FX and settlement, custody and dividend repatriation. That is what we do.

Our track record includes IPO, SPO and corporate bond mandates as lead underwriter and co-underwriter, including the oversubscribed Uzbektelecom JSC public offering, whose shares have appreciated more than sixfold since listing, and bond placements for issuers in mortgage finance, consumer finance and manufacturing.

We work with international brokers, asset managers, family offices and institutional investors seeking exposure to Uzbek equities, corporate bonds and government securities, and we partner with regional financial institutions on the distribution of primary placements.
