In 2002, it obtained qualifications for securities and futures-related valuation services, becoming one of the first institutions nationwide to be approved for such credentials. YinXin offers comprehensive services including corporate restructuring, asset reorganization, asset transactions, and financial reporting valuation, having served over 500 domestic listed enterprises as well as some Hong Kong- and Singapore-listed enterprises.Moreover, YinXin has established an efficient and collaborative mechanism, enabling seamless coordination with regulatory institutions such as finance departments, SASAC, CSRC, tax authorities, enterprises, and various intermediary organizations. YinXin actively supports “the Belt and Road Initiative” by providing professional and compliant cross-border valuation services for Chinese enterprises' overseas investments and mergers and acquisitions.
