Gene to Health Limited (https://gene2h.com) was founded by Dr. Lane Chen and the research team led by Prof. Pak Sham at the LKS Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong, and is currently incubated at the HKSTP (seed round). Based on polygenic risk scoring technologies, we have launched the G2H system embodying broad-spectrum disease-risk prediction models trained on health data from over one million people, which integrates DNA data, health check reports, and medical records to generate risk scores for over a thousand diseases. Its spin-off, 2Health AI Limited (https://2health.cn), has recently developed the world's first comprehensive multi-omics and AI-driven personal health digital twin platform, 2HEALTH AI (2HAI). It integrates genomic, metabolomic, physical-exam, clinical, wearable, home-device and lifestyle data into a continuously-updated personal health profile spanning the entire life cycle. Powered by the G2H system, plus an intelligent analytics engine and AI health advisors, 2HAI delivers lifelong health-data management, long-term risk assessment across hundreds of diseases, personalized recommendations, secondary report interpretation, lifestyle intervention, biological-age and life-expectancy estimation, and connection to medical services. The platform offer interfaces also to doctors and suppliers, helping connect them with individuals and families in a large ecosystem of healthcare products and services. The platform is already live at 2health.ai and is being put into pilot use as Digital Public Infrastructure for Health (DPI-H) in the ASEAN market.
2Health AI is the world's first Human Digital Twin operating system, providing the Core AI Engine for future DPI-H. It helps everyone build a lifelong living digital twin, uniting all-dimensional data to predict disease and personalize healthcare.
