Unlike general-purpose agents that primarily handle digital tasks, Industrial Physical Agents operate across complex production variables—including orders, materials, processes, equipment, labour and capacity. They make decisions, drive execution and continuously improve delivery, inventory, cost and production efficiency under rigorous industrial constraints.

Our team combines expertise in German industrial operations research and AI, Chinese manufacturing and supply chains, and international strategy consulting. Our commercial entry point is an AI-native Advanced Planning and Scheduling system (AI-APS), which has secured a formal deployment with a large publicly listed manufacturer.

The company has received *key support from the Xuhui District Government in Shanghai and has been selected as an “AI + Manufacturing” diagnostic service provider in Jiangsu Province*, further validating our technological capabilities and industrial deployment expertise.

Starting with AI-APS, we will expand into supply chain, equipment, quality and factory operations, ultimately building an Industrial Intelligence Operating System that connects industrial data, intelligent decision-making and physical execution.
