Aden OTC Assets Electronic Trading Platform
Co-Founder at ADEN GROUP

About
Aden Group operates an AI-powered electronic trading platform for over-the-counter assets, with Hong Kong as its regulatory and operating hub and the Asia-Pacific region as its core market.
OTC trading across Asia remains highly fragmented. Institutional and professional investors often rely on phone calls, instant messaging and email to source liquidity, compare prices, confirm trades and coordinate settlement. This results in limited price transparency, uneven access to liquidity, lengthy operational processes and higher execution costs—particularly for less liquid products.
Aden digitises the entire OTC trading lifecycle on one integrated platform. A single RFQ can be distributed to more than 30 leading global liquidity providers, enabling real-time quote aggregation, price comparison and execution. AI is embedded throughout the workflow, supporting intelligent liquidity sourcing, pricing analysis, counterparty matching, order splitting, execution routing, real-time risk monitoring and operational automation. Client onboarding, compliance review, quotation, execution, confirmation and settlement coordination are connected through a transparent and auditable electronic process.
Aden operates through entities licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission for Types 1, 2, 4, 7 and 9 regulated activities. Its regulatory foundation, proprietary low-latency technology, transaction data and established liquidity network create significant barriers to entry and support scalable expansion across asset classes and selected regional markets.
The platform has already achieved meaningful commercial scale. Aden serves more than 3,000 institutional and professional investor clients, processes tens of billions of HKD in monthly notional trading volume and connects with over 30 leading global liquidity providers. H1 2026 revenue exceeded 2x full-year 2025 revenue, while already surpassing the company’s original FY2026 target.
Aden is seeking strategic and institutional investors to accelerate the development of its AI-enabled trading capabilities, broaden asset coverage and support regulated expansion across the Asia-Pacific region.
