HelixBridge Two-Way Care Navigation AI Agent – Cross-Border Healthcare Collaboration

HelixBridge is a Hong Kong-based digital health company developing the HelixBridge Two-Way Care Navigation AI Agent, an AI-powered platform designed to make cross-border healthcare access clearer, safer and more actionable.

The initial product focuses on two-way healthcare navigation between Hong Kong and Mainland China. Through guided AI interaction, the platform helps users understand differences between healthcare systems, identify suitable specialties and hospital options, prepare relevant information before travel, and coordinate unresolved questions with human coordinators or healthcare providers.

HelixBridge already operates a digital foundation including hospital and specialist information, patient guides, case-submission channels, multilingual support, and early manually coordinated cross-border cases. The next phase is to develop and validate a functional AI Agent MVP with structured healthcare knowledge, explainable matching, provider-confirmation workflows, and safety controls.

Through the Belt and Road Summit, HelixBridge is seeking collaboration with:

• healthcare groups and specialist providers;

• insurers and assistance companies;

• digital health and AI technology partners;

• payment and cross-border service partners; and

The initial focus is Hong Kong–Mainland China, while the underlying platform is designed to support future expansion into Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other Belt and Road healthcare markets.

Collaboration areas include: provider onboarding, patient referral pathways, international patient workflow design, healthcare data structuring, AI-enabled navigation, pilot projects, and institutional partnerships.
