OPEN Technologies exists to streamline the pathway to a net zero built environment, with an AI-driven tool generating virtual decarbonization plans 100 times faster and at a 1/10th the price of traditional engineer-led studies. There are 42,000 large buildings in Hong Kong, the majority of which face a regulatory requirement to generate energy studies every 5-10 years. This, coupled with the very high carbon intensity of Hong Kong buildings relative to those in North America, makes OPEN's virtual energy audit and decarbonization platform a natural fit for the Hong Kong market.
