Established in 1980, Ho & Partners Architects Engineers & Development Consultants Limited (hpa), is a leading multi-disciplinary architectural firm in Hong Kong. hpa has been consistently placed on the "Band 1" List of Architectural Consultants since 1992 by the HKSAR Government.
