Professional Background

Ms. Qiu joined AllBright Law Offices in 2010. She previously served as a Visiting International Lawyer at the New York office of a leading U.S. dispute resolution law firm, where she participated in handling cross-border enforcement cases and export controls and sanctions cases.

She is qualified to practice law in China and New York State, the U.S. and is registered as a Foreign Legal Consultant in New York. Qiu holds legal degrees from Columbia University in the United States and East China University of Political Science and Law.
