Yue XU

Mr. XU is the Director of the Valuation and Advisory Services in CHFT Advisory & Appraisal Limited since June 2025. He has more than 9 years’ experiences in business valuation, including company valuation, merger consideration allocation, intangible assets and financial instrument appraisals, as well as modelling and review work for different industries and clients advise on valuations for purposes such as mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, litigation use and internal reference.

Clients and appraisal subject industries span banks, private equity funds, asset management, online payments, consumer products, high technology, software, pharmaceuticals, nursing, biotechnology, property management, industrial manufacturing, entertainment, clothing, natural resources & mining, hotels, food manufacturing, and logistics, etc., such as Tycoon Group Holdings Limited (stock code 3390 HK) for transactional circular, Fujing Holdings Company Limited (2497 HK) for IPO purpose, Yuexiu Trasport and Infrastructure (1052 HK) for transactional circular, and PuraPharm Corporation Limited (stock code 1498 HK) for financial reporting purpose.

Mr. XU gained his CFA charter in Sep. 2018, FRM in Mar. 2021, CMA in Jul. 2021 and MRICS in Oct. 2023, respectively.

In addition, Mr. XU is also an active member of CFA Society in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, acting as the volunteer works in Candidate Services and Study Group Leader. He also co-authored a book: Private Equity Fund: Values, Challenges and Career Development for the practitioners of PE/VC in mainland China.
