Joseph Zeng

Mr. Joseph Zeng, CFA, is the founder and CIO of Arcadia Fund Management Group. Before founding Arcadia, Mr. Zeng was the Partner in charge of Greenwoods Asset Management's Hong Kong Office. Before joining Greenwoods in 2008, Mr. Zeng was a Vice President at JPMorgan's Investment Banking Department, focusing on the IPOs and M&As of financial institutions, including Chinese banks, insurers, and fund managers. He was an equity analyst with JPMorgan's equity research department, co-covering Chinese banks and securities firms. Before that he managed a bank's corporate credit portfolio in New York City.

Mr. Zeng graduated with a Master of Science degree in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics, where he was awarded the Robert Fleming scholarship. Also he attended the Master of International Finance program of the Graduate School of China's central bank, People's Bank of China (GSPBC, now the PBC Graduate School of Tsinghua University). He holds a B.A degree in International Finance from Wuhan University.

Mr. Zeng is a Director of the Board of HKVCA (The Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association/ 7F72 EUKA 74 FKEWZ) and the Vice Chairman of its Greater China Committee. He is also a director of the board of the Hong Kong alumni Association of each of Tsinghua University and Wuhan University. And he was the chairman of GSPBC's alumni association in the North America and Hong Kong, respectively. Mr. Zeng is also an independent director of each of two Hong Kong-listed companies, Guoquan, the largest prepared food supplier in China, and Xiao Cai Yuan, a large chain restaurant operator in China.

曾晓松先生是香港证监会持牌的基金管理公司 -香港奥恺基金管理集团创始人和投资委员会主席，管理私募基金—奥恺基金，通过深入分析发掘基本面强、增长快、被低估的公司，并在投资后给被投公司在业务、资本两方面为企业赋能，帮助企业提升业绩和公司估值，实现共赢。奥恺也在香港IPO担任基石投资者或锚定投资者、并在公开市场增持上市公司股票或债券，为看好的公司提供多方位、多角度支持。

奥恺主要对深科技（机器人、AI）、新能源、消费、电商基础设施（如物流、支付等）、矿业、制药/医疗健康等行业里的优质公司进行积极和有影响力的投资，投资标的分布于中国香港、亚洲、澳洲、美国。

在2022年底创立奥恺基金前，曾先生是一家大中华私募基金管理公司-景林资产的合伙人，管理香港公司。此前他先后在JP摩根投资银行担任股票分析师和投资银行部副总裁，专注于中国上市的银行、证券公司、保险公司和基金公司的上市和并购。曾先生此前在纽约管理一家银行的投资级和高收益公司债组合。

曾晓松先生本科毕业于武汉大学国际金融系，之后在中国人民银行研究生部（现清华大学五道口金融学院）深造，后在伦敦政经学院（LSE）会计与金融学系留学，获理学硕士学位和罗伯特-富林明奖学金。

曾先生具有 CFA 专业资格，并担任香港创业及私募投资协会（HKVCA）董事、大中华委员会副主席。他还是清华大学香港校友会、武汉大学香港校友会理事，并曾担任中国人民银行研究生部北美校友会和香港校友会会长。他还担任香港上市的中国最大的预制菜企业“锅圈”的独立董事和薪酬委员会主席、以及大型连锁餐饮企业“小菜园”的独立董事。
