Clarence Chun Kit Ling

Hong Kong Xilan Group Limited was founded by Mr. Clarence Chun-Kit LING who serves as its chairman in 2021. Mr. Ling is also a member of the board of directors of Kwai Hung Group. He’s the third-generation core successor of this family-owned private entrepreneurial company that has more than 40 years of solid experience in the property development business. Mr. Ling also holds various social and public positions both domestically and abroad, including serving as member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, CPPCC. Member of the 14th Beijing Municipal Committee of CPPCC. Member of the Election Committee of the Hong Kong S.A.R., as well as Council Member of Hong Kong Lingnan University. At its inception, the Xilan Group Limited primarily provided preemptive services for Kwai Hung Group's real estate and equity investment expansion. Today, Xilan’s business scope has extended to diverse fields such as technology, trade, cultural and creative industries, catering, entertainment, education, media, and the digital economy, among others. It now has several subsidiaries in mainland China, including Hong Kong Xilan Technology and Hong Kong Xilan Ling Ling Qi Project Management.
