Mr. Lau graduated with an Honours Degree in Accounting from Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland, which is recognized by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Lau has over 25 years of extensive experience working in both local and international accounting firms. He has held senior management positions at multinational accounting firms for more than 10 years, managing professional teams of over 50 members. He has completed pre- and post-listing financial work for numerous listed companies in Hong Kong and the United States, including audit, internal control, due diligence, major acquisitions, taxation, financing, and other related business services. Mr. Lau’s professional expertise spans a wide range of industries, and his clients are located in many cities, including Hong Kong, Nanjing, Fujian, Harbin, Ningbo, Jinan, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Xi'an, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States.
