The system boasts several industry-leading innovative features: multimodal fusion interaction technology significantly improves wake-up rates in complex environments and reduces misrecognition; self-evolution capability enables increasingly smarter personalized services; and an active interaction engine anticipates user needs, enhancing driving safety and experience. The system currently achieves a speech recognition accuracy of 99.5%, supports multiple languages including Chinese, English, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai, and delivers an edge-side response time of just 20 milliseconds. Pachira has secured a mass-production agreement with Toyota to provide voice solutions for all LEXUS models in Greater China, reducing the delivery cycle by 50%.

In terms of market performance, Pachira’s intelligent voice support service ranks among the top three in China, with a market share of 10.54% in 2024. Revenue reached RMB 222 million in 2024, a year-on-year increase of 48%, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 14.02% over the past three years. Major customers include leading enterprises such as Toyota, China Mobile, and China Everbright Bank, with the top five customers contributing 65% of revenue, demonstrating highly stable business growth.

Pachira has now initiated Series F+ financing, aiming to raise RMB 200 million. The funds will primarily be used for the productization of travel intelligence solutions, ecosystem partnership development, and overseas market expansion.
