云格致STORIN是一家由专注于智能仓储自动化系统集成的科技企业，致力于为制造、电商、冷链、医药、物流等行业提供软硬件一体化的智能仓储解决方案。公司核心产品包括自研WMS仓储管理系统、标准化物流设备模块，并通过与头部机器人厂商协同实现快速部署与灵活配置，以专业、弹性、服务等优势获得业绩成长。
公司现以整体方案交付+系统集成销售为主，目前准备延伸拓展设备租赁（Warehouse-as-a-Service, WaaS）+ 数据服务平台+智能维修保养的商业模式。客户通过灵活租赁方式即可快速构建智能仓储能力，有效降低初期资本支出（CAPEX），同时绑定长期合作与后续升级需求。
已经完成红筹股权重组架构，建立新加坡控海外市场+香港控中国市场双总部管理模式，推进泰国、马来等东南亚国家渠道布局。
目前云格致正进行首轮股权融资（Pre-A/A），寻求具备产业资源与国际视野的战略股东，共同打造亚太最具品牌力的智能物流自动化平台企业。
