King Abdullah Medical City (KAMC)
About
The project, King Abdullah Medical City (KAMC), is owned by the Arabian Gulf University (AGU) and funded by the Saudi Development Fund. Phase 1 construction is complete with a 100-bed capacity hospital, and Phase 2 is underway. The vision is to expand into a fully fledged medical city with retail, residential, and other complementary facilities, anchored by world-class healthcare and teaching institutions.
We need to engage hospital and university operators with strong investment capability and proven track records in delivering high-quality, integrated healthcare and education services. The total project value is estimated at USD 100 million (hospital + teaching university).
