Vulani represents one of the most exciting developments in Fiji’s history. On offer is the opportunity to become a Partner and help shape the future of Fiji’s tourism industry.

Vulani Island is an 800-acre comprehensive, multi-use tourism development that will offer a broad range of World-class features, including an international rugby stadium, medical tourism, recreational parks, theme and water parks, a cultural centre, multi-use business park, two shopping retail centres, multiple international resort sites, and residential housing with a port and marina.

STAGE ONE

Stage one of the development is
based on the initial infrastructure needed to develop the first lot of hotels. In this stage, we are looking to complete the following:

•   5-star resorts1 - exclusive beachfront zone.

•   The development of infrastructure

•   Reserves landscaping

The crown jewel of the Vulani Tourism Project is our 2.5 kilometres of pristine beachfront, perfect for hosting multiple 5 and 6-star hotels, promising breathtaking vistas over the tranquil waters. At the heart of the development, a 50-acre lagoon graces the landscape, providing every hotel and apartment complex with truly spectacular views of the lagoon and mesmerizing Sleeping Giant ranges.
